An induction program with all departments at Tucelcom headquarters in Lagos.
Objective: discover and understand Tucelcom’s business.Become familiarized with Tucelcom’s business structure.


Objective: understand what an Base Station Controller is (BSC) and how it works. Learn and perform the standard jobs of Base Station Engineer.
Be exposed to management tasks (responsibilities, problem solving, people management, planning, reporting, quality and performance management).

The Telecom Trainee will learn about Radios,PABX,MSC(Mobile Switching centers,)Programming Mobile Phones, mobile Phone Repair (Basic Course)

CPU Repairs

Trainers are Engineers Currently working on Projects with Starcomms,Ericcson, Visafone ,Motorola

Technology,Projects & Management

Trainees will be Required to understand Technological Terms and Ideas

Objective: Understand and practice the typical tasks of Technology Office (TO) staff (from reception of Project documents to issuing progress reports to implementation).
Be confronted with customer relationship management issues. Understand the basic principles of a (TO) job (planning, reporting, managing business, people performance, quality, etc.). This will be an opportunity for the Management Trainee to experience the front end of Tucelcom’s Organizational activities.(Subject to Candidates ratification).

.
Objective: Understand Tucelcom’s Commercial activities and work with a Seasoned Project installer to discover operational processes and Site activities; learn and practice office procedures; and assist the Chief Operations Manager in his tasks. This will be completed at the end of the training period Prior to Giving of Training Certificates.


Trainees will be given ample opportunities to Learn Load Testing for Inverters,Types of Inverters Available,Installation Procedures.Compliance,IEE regulations.

There will also be a Class on CCTV Technology and Funds Management,How to get Funds for your Projects,How to Manage your Clients,Risk Assessment and Product Overview


EXAMINATIONS-RESULTS

CUORSE AND TIME SCHEDULEAll Courses will be Conducted at the Lagos Office During the Weekends or Any Venue Management Deems Fit for training Purpose.Suite 210 & 212 All seasons Plaza Ojodu .

After the program
After the 2 month training program, the Telecom Trainee will be given Certificate of Attendance to assist in the search of work in Telecoms Outfit. This Certificate will allow you to Carry Out Projects on Your Own.Telecom Training can Also Meet with Any of Our Companies to assist in Executing Projects Beyond Trainees Competencies.
