Our client is a high profiled conglomerate with deep penetration in Nigeria’s heavy construction industry and infrastructural development. it plays a significant role in Nigeria’s PPP initiatives. As part of its strategic transformational growth our client now desires to recruit persons who are matured, aggressive and motivationally driven to achieve success, into the leadership position below:


Operations Manager (Ref: BV/OM)

Location Ikeja, Lagos State

Relationship:

The Operations Manager will report to the CEO for the effective day – to – day management of the facilities including terminal buildings mechanical and electrical accessories, etc.


Job Descriptions:
•Provide a work environment that engenders positive satisfaction of service provided to the company’s customers.•Manage the company’s operating budget and justifies expenditure on facilities structures.•Handle issues that include risk management, clients’ dissatisfaction, and implement effective programmes for solutions.


Qualifications and Experience:
•Candidates must have a technical background preferably in building technology, construction, or engineering.•They must have a first degree from a University or a higher national diploma from a College of Technology or Polytechnic,•Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years operating experience in a high traffic facility of which 3 must be at senior management position.•Must be between 35 and 40 years old.

•Candidates that will be shortlisted for interview must demonstrate that they have ability to manage budgets, understand and evaluate needs of big facilities,•They must be value driven and result oriented.•They must be versatile and committed to customer’s satisfaction.
